Pure organic lavandula angustifolia essential oil.
Relaxing, healing, pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory - an excellent all-round first aid remedy! Can be applied undiluted to burns, wounds, insect bites and pimples. (Although rare, if you are sensitive to essential oils, do a patch test before use).
For relief of headaches, muscle aches and insomnia, add 4 drops to a bath, tissue or vaporizer and inhale.
Or alternatively, add 2-3 drops to a warm bath, massage mixture, vaporizer or diffuser.
