Pure organic origanum majorana / officinalis essential oil.
Mixed with massage oil, sweet marjoram can have a deeply relaxing effect on stretched muscles, muscle cramps, sprains and rheumatic complaints.
In aromatherapy, sweet marjoram is also used to treat respiratory problems, asthma and coughs.
Not generally recommended during pregnancy unless under qualified supervision.
Add 2-3 drops to a warm bath, massage oil, vaporizer or diffuser.
